    Patients can simply call our reception team to schedule an appointment up to 6 months in advance with a doctor, nurse or health assistant. If required patients can book with a clinician of their choice, but there is likely to be a longer wait for an appointment if this is done. Read more...

    Extended Hours

    We offer a range of appointment times and types to suit you. Extended Hours surgeries are available at Aylesbury Medical Centre 5 days a week from 7.00am and Tuesday evenings until 8.00pm.

    Our Practice Nurses have daily clinics to treat a wide range of medical conditions and minor illnesses. Please contact reception on 020 3302 3007 to book an appointment.
